BioHack Clinic provides telehealth communication and, separately, in-person aesthetic medicine appointments. Telehealth messaging is intended for non-urgent medical guidance, ongoing chronic condition management, lab interpretation, lifestyle medicine, and general health questions — it is not a substitute for in-person examination when one is medically necessary, and not a substitute for emergency services.
Care provided via messaging is inherently limited by the absence of an in-person physical examination. Dr. Azzam may, at his discretion, recommend in-person evaluation, laboratory testing, imaging, or specialist referral when remote assessment is insufficient.
Prescriptions can only be issued to patients physically located in Nova Scotia, Canada or Lebanon, consistent with applicable licensing and prescribing regulations in those jurisdictions. Patients located outside these jurisdictions will not receive prescriptions through this service; they may still receive general medication-optimization guidance and supplement/vitamin recommendations.
Botox, Microtox, and other aesthetic treatments offered through the Aesthetic Friday Clinic carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, asymmetry, and allergic reaction. Individual results vary and no specific cosmetic outcome is guaranteed. All photographs displayed on this website are of actual patients and are used with their written informed consent. Treatments are performed only by licensed physicians, by appointment, at Springview Family Practice, Halifax, NS.
Browsing this website, joining the waitlist, or general informational content does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship begins once you are accepted, have completed your intake form, and have begun active communication with the treating physician.
