These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BioHack Clinic's website and services, including the physician messaging subscription, one-time video consultations, the waitlist, and the Aesthetic Friday Clinic (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
BioHack Clinic provides direct physician communication via WhatsApp on a subscription basis, one-time paid video consultations booked through Calendly, and in-person aesthetic medicine appointments at Springview Family Practice, Halifax, NS ("Aesthetic Friday Clinic"). Services are provided by licensed physicians within the scope of their licensure and jurisdiction.
Subscription access is limited and managed through a waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee acceptance or a specific start date. Accepted applicants will receive a private, individual link to complete payment and activate their subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
Subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. One-time video consultations and related payments are processed via Calendly. BioHack Clinic does not store your payment card details.
The Services are not designed or intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Prescriptions can only be issued to patients physically located in Nova Scotia, Canada or Lebanon, in accordance with applicable medical licensing and prescribing regulations. Patients located elsewhere may still receive medication review, optimization suggestions, and supplement/vitamin recommendations, but not prescriptions.
Aesthetic treatments (including Botox and Microtox) are performed by licensed physicians by appointment only. Individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Before-and-after photographs displayed on this website are of actual patients used with their written informed consent.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. One-time consult and aesthetic appointment cancellation and refund terms follow the policy stated at the time of booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioHack Clinic and its physicians are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
