This Privacy Policy explains what personal and health information BioHack Clinic collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information you provide is used solely to deliver the Services: to evaluate waitlist requests, provide medical consultation and ongoing care, manage your subscription, and respond to your questions. Health information is used only by the treating physician(s) for the purpose of providing your care.
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the Services: Formspree (form submissions), WhatsApp (patient–physician messaging), Stripe (subscription payments), Calendly (consult booking and payment), and Netlify (website hosting). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and security practices.
Health information and intake form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to provide ongoing care or as required by applicable medical recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements for medical records.
WhatsApp messaging is end-to-end encrypted. We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of information shared with us, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also withdraw from the waitlist or cancel your subscription at any time.
This website uses a minimal, essential cookie/local-storage mechanism solely to remember your cookie consent choice. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to biohackclinic@gmail.com.
